Loafing

After a week of recovery I decided to make my Sunday run an easy one rather dial up long distance...my legs aren't in such bad shape after last weekend's ultra, but mentally I think it was better if I just added one more chill day...

Of course I'll have to bounce back big in the coming week. Looking forward to the Dahlgren trail half marathon coming up in a couple of weeks...
